Solar UVa, UVb and UVc are all extreme as we are being hit by solar storms, and they are fairly intense, especially as the Earth's shielding is lowered. If you go outside ware long sleeves, pants and hats. Optimal condition is to remain indoors while UV is at extremes.

    Thanks for the tip, Derek. Our weather in Central Jersey hit almost 90 last week for a few days. Now it's gone back down to cooler, wear-a-sweater temps.
