The City of Chicago Police Department Released Dash and Body Camera Video Files today re: the OIS of Paul O'Neil

Yet another unarmed human's life was struck down by those claiming to have been in fear for their lives, claiming that O'Neil had shot at them and that he was carrying a firearm.
Neither claims turned out to be true, as a matter of fact the only ones shooting were the Chicago Police Officers shooting at each other until they had O'Neil cornered and simply carried out summary execution on the back steps of a suburban Chicago home.
