Police Brutality - How Americans are murdered in plain view with no consequences.

In Louisville, Breonna Taylor is dead, shot to death in her bed by cops. The police chief has quietly retired to collect his taxpayer-funded pension. No police officer is charged with murder, manslaughter, or so much as trespassing.

I don't think holding signs is going to cut it anymore.
I don't know if you've seen the video of the cop murdering George Floyd by kneeling on his neck, but it's vile.

We are well past the time when holding signs is useful. We have to commit to physically intervening when we see that behaviour happening.

A crowd stood there and watched a man be murdered.... and just stood there. There were more than enough people to physically intervene and save that mans life. George Floyd was probably a criminal, but he was also a human being and in custody, hand-cuffed on the ground as he was murdered in full view of a crowd.

It's time to take the necessity of saving each other's lives seriously. If you're white, you might be able to physically intervene without being murdered by the police yourself.

We can't just stand there and watch Americans be murdered before our eyes. Doing the right thing will come with consequences, but it's time that we faced them.

They just stood there and watched.
