Did you request the police?

Hey, do you ever see fire trucks driving around patrolling for possible fires? Do you ever see ambulances driving around patrolling for possibly sick or injured people? No, this is because these services are requested by the citizens who pay for them when they need them. Now we also pay local law enforcement. Do you ever see cops driving around patrolling for possible "crime"? Of course you do. This is because this is a forced service, and about 90% of the time when you do get pulled over by these servants you pay you will most likely end up paying them even more money for a crime that will have no victim. I'm sleep though.
