  • Strong collaboration with our clients and suppliers, which ensures the satisfaction of our partners' needs;

  • Improving the quality system, emphasizing efficiency, consistent analysis and finishing, quality control in each phase;

  • permanent improvement of the internal activity organization, a sharp decrease of the time required for the payment of the orders to the customers, respectively the delivery at the established deadlines;

  • assimilation of the new requirements of the market in the field, and adaptation of the activity according to them;

  • diversifying our offer on various assortments;

  • increasing the stock availability of the products in the offer;

  • continuous motivation of our employees, so that their quality assurance activities are conscious and responsible;

  • growth and development of personal relationships with partners (marketing)
