How is the reward pool split between authors and curators?
Up to 25% of a post's payout is awarded to curators (the people who upvoted the post) as a reward for discovering the content. The other 75% is awarded to the author. If curators vote for a post within the first 30 minutes of it being created, a portion of their curation reward is added to the author payout. This portion is linear to the age of the post between 0 and 30 minutes. Therefore upvoting at 15 minutes old will donate half of your potential curation reward to the author.
Z tego wynika, że jeśli ktoś odda głos na Twój post po 30 minutach to dostaje 25% wartości swojego głosu. Ale nie jest to tak, że jak zagłosuje do 15 minut od utworzenia to nie dostaje nic. nadal dostaje 12,5%. Nawet jeśli zagłosuje 5 minut po jego utworzeniu to nadal dostaje jakiś ułamek wartości swojego głosu jako Curation Reward.

Chociaż może bardziej uproszczenie. bo jeśli ktoś zagłosował by idealnie w momencie tworzenia posta to odda Ci 100% swojego curation reward. no i jeśli zagłosuje idealnie w 15 minucie to odda Ci 50% swojego curation reward. Czyli to się zgadza z tym co napisali. Natomiast jest to jak widać trochę bardziej złożone.
