The public political discourse being driven by the liberal media is not about how to improve the quality of life for the American tax paying worker and make America competitive in a world harbouring nationalistic and ruthless competitors like China, India and Russia. It's on issues related to individual morality and not national politics.
Gays and their sexuality and women and their demands for abortion are havens for virtue signallers. Who cares? Your stand on murdering babies as they're being born tells me EVERYTHING I need to know about your moral constitution and who you bed at night is about as important as the color of cheese.
I'm interested in a thriving economy and how much tax I've got to pay. I don't want it paying for free loaders or housing and medical care for criminal immigrants. Your push for socialism is nothing more than a front to offer free stuff for votes.

Where is the debate on law and order? Foreign policy? Homelessness?
