uhhh,

I'm a communist. By liberal I mean neo-liberal, not progressive (which is an incorrect usage, no matter how common it is). Judging by your statement it applies to you too

Call me what you want dude. I don't really call myself anything. I don't think someone should be able to insight violence on other people. I like to follow the non-aggression principle.

"I like to follow the non-aggression principle."

The basis of capitalism is control of private property through a monopoly of force. Every economic system is based on violence, and aggression, the question is simply at who.

Might seem irrelevant, but are you a Star Trek TNG fan by any chance?

the problem is getting there. We have 20 years left to reverse climate change, as just one example. (to ignore the 20 million dying of poverty a year.)

With the way international supply chains work there is no possible way to disentangle ourselves from capital (in this case the 100 companies that produce 71% of climate emissions) peacefully in any sense of the word.

The thing is we'll have no choice with the rise of AI automation.

the rich will horde it and leave the poor to die. 20 million die of poverty every year and we overproduce all of the resources needed to save them.

CO2 = plant food. People like plants to eat. People live longer if they eat.

Stalin, Mao Polpot Castro never really got to grips with this concept, though...

OH you're a communist- whether people live or not, doesn't really bother you too much!

lol

People also die if they eat too much

and to go back to the stuff earlier, why are you hating on "PC" people.

The petit bourgeoisie are between the workers and the most powerful capitalist. Like workers they must use their own labor to survive, but like the ruling class they also take resources from workers. They are told the ruling class is the definition of strength and the workers lazy and weak, otherwise how else could they have any sort of moral justification for anything that happens.

When capitalism starts decaying the petit bourgeoisie see their position in society slipping away. The only way to feel better about themselves is to separate themselves socially from what they consider "weakness". Since people who are different are discriminated against, they often become working class. Since the working class are also discriminated against they often band together. This is why "PC culture" is a scapegoat. You should not be attacking it if you want freedom

I fucking hate it when multiple people share beliefs as well.

yup, sharing values is much healthier..

There you go, mate - I hope this explains things more to you...

Peace.
