Whoopi Goldberg should not be suspended or fired for what she said

Don't get the wrong idea. I think that Whoopi is a complete idiot along with everyone else on that show that I do not watch because I am not a bored housewife or on welfare so I am not at home watching TV in the middle of the day. Everyone on The View is an idiot and the fact that it is still on the air is something that surprises me.

I will on occasion hear about something that someone on the show said and of course it is always some sort of uneducated leftist nonsense. Whoopi is their resident racism specialist I guess, I don't know... but she was recently suspended from the show for two weeks when she made some really odd comments about race and the Holocaust.

There are a lot of people out there that are celebrating the fact that this fat, washed up idiot is getting suspended and potentially fired over her comments but I think that their glee is misguided. You don't right a wrong with another wrong. Conservatives are continually deplatformed, censored, fired, sent out to pasture and have their careers ruined by the woke mob because of their political affiliation and it is horrible that this happens.

This situation of having your career ruined for something that you say on a talk show or even worse, something that you said many years ago, is really really stupid and just because it is happening to someone whose opinion you disagree with, doesn't mean it is right.

I do not like Whoopi and the sound of her voice makes me want to stab knitting needles into my ears. I also disagree with basically everything that I have ever heard said on her show... which again, I do not watch.

Conservatives have been the target of cancel-culture for a long time but the way to correct this is NOT to cancel all liberals. The solution is to eliminate cancel culture. I hope that Goldberg gets her job back and maybe a light will turn on in that mostly foggy void she calls a brain. Maybe she can use her influence to understand that cancelling someone for disagreeing with you politically or about something related to race, or in this case Jews, is not a good reason to ruin their lives.

I do get some joy out of liberals finally getting a taste of their own medicine but if she doesn't get her job back, I think it would be worse than if she did.... because the hypocrisy that we all know exists in media would be a little bit difficult to deny at that point.
