If she is sick I doubt she will die or even stop functioning until her term is up, if she gets a term.

Besides anything in life can happen. Car crashes, terrorism , other sudden illnesses etc..

Everything in life is dangerous even crossing the road. Even other guy could get suddenly sick and croak.

Even if Hilary or Trump got elected and died a year after being in office the people would still face the same issues facing the next contender.

It could be the CEOs of the corps that control the president whose health issues might change the course of america.
