Well, this is easy.
Franken, long history of inappropriate behaviour, plus a photograph of Franken doing inappropriate things to his accuser while she is asleep. The event occurred just a few years ago. Franken first does a mea culpa. Then decides to hang on. There will be more accusations about Franken rest assured the guy is guilty. He said as much.
Moore. A long history of following the rule of law and christian beliefs. Moore's insistence on these immutable laws has made him very unpopular with those wishing immunity from crimes. Whilst an MP in Vietnam he had constant threats of having a grenade tossed under his bed. Because he refused bribes and arrested criminals.
Moore has no history of inappropriate behaviour until a couple of accusers very recently. One accuser uses top liberal attorney and does a press conference. Points out her high school yearbook which she says Moore signed. Attests she has had no further contact with Moore since the incident she accuses him of 30 years ago.
She lied, Moore as judge presided over her divorce hearing a few years ago. She lied about the yearbook. The signature she says was from Moore is easily called out as a forgery. When called to present the Yearbook for expert analysis, there is no response from her legal team.
Clearly Moore has been targeted by a political hit job. Except once again, it was managed and perpetrated by the incompetant entitled liberal types who rose to become senior managers under Obama's regime. These people are so deluded and so incompetant that they messed this basic smear job up and have discredited the whole narrative as a result.
Of course everyone is entitled to keep banging on the Moore fake scandal if they wish. However it failed due to stupid execution. I could say that those still promoting the Moore fake scandal are either equally incompetant or just don't care about their credibility.
