So here is another mainstream media outlet doing what they do best; triggering stupid people with low information. Please forgive my style of delivery, as this issue really bothers me. I am not going to censor my feelings here.
Its sad that so many people are triggered over this shit. This is why mainstream media should be ignored. This is a non-issue!
"Transgender" people come with many more medical issues, both mental and physical, than the average person. They also help create social and interpersonal problems in the military. I cant stand the military industrial complex, but I understand efficiency, and I dont find this decision to be anything but logical.
We are in such a triggered age that we want to whine about everything, playing social justice warrior on every little media spin. Why dont we cry about the low IQ people the military rejects? How about people with clinical depression? They are people too! They have rights! We need to accept them, right?!
There are only a few thousand "transgender" people in the military, and it is a fact that they are taking more attention and resources than soldiers who dont have mental problems. And there is no plan to kick them out. There is just a plan to no longer incur their above average costs.
Maybe we shouldnt be trying to force a culture of people on the world, and instead focus more on preventative measures that get to the root of the cause of their mental illness. But that will never happen because people on one side dont seem to want to understand the truth, the root causes. They will fight for your right to be mentally ill, fight to force you into places that you are a drag, but have no desire to fix what causes the illness or the drag?
We have to be very careful when we talk about "accepting people".
I dont accept "transgender" people in the same way I dont accept babies who are born blind. While I treat blind people with good humanity, with an equal opportunity for my respect, I still ask, why the fuck are these babies blind, and what can we do to help ensure this doesnt happen in the future? Thats true compassion and care; not forcing the rest of us to blindly "accept" them.
Its the people fighting to force "acceptance", normalizing dysfunction, that dont truly care, promoting ignorance of causal factors, and thus, the degradation of society.
Im sorry, I just had to get this out. This "transgender" issue makes me sick. I feel like we are being programmed to accept a lot more people who are confused about their sexuality.
Poverty, sexual abuse, chemicals in the food and water, perverse entertainment, and fatherless childhood are among the contributing factors in many people with adverse mental conditions, namely, "transgenderism". The fact that the mainstream left controlled media is forcing us into accepting these types of people is testament to the fact that they wish to promote these conditions because they certainly dont talk about them.

As someone who actually knows and hangs out with more than two handfuls of people in the transgender community, this is a weird post for me since none of it rings true on an anecdotal level (meaning, I’ve never actually experienced any of these issues with the people I know).

No one’s forcing you to be transgender, only that you accept them in other walks of life the way others are blindly accepted into walks of life. No one’s forcing me to be gay either, but I see a lot of people trying to get me to bend to their religious beliefs whether I want to or not.

I am from the most diverse city in the world. I have grown up in enough dysfunction to experience all types of adverse humanity. I know many"transgender" people. As for the proof of their increased mental issues, you would have to be totally blind and ignorant of the mass of information from MANY university studies and published journals not to see it. Their suicide rate alone should say it all.

Its not a personal attack. That is exactly how you describe yourself. I simply stated that I understand based on your chosen description of yourself. Do you think there is a parent out there that would be wrong in having serious reservations if their daughter was dating a man who describes himself as a drunk, pervert, and hedonist? @Bucho, sorry but I feel that I have to take sides in this discussion. I think it was you who made the personal attack by saying that @docdelux has not met any transgender or met them. But as per his comment, he has, and that proves your judging wrong, but that was something personal right?
And his reading your public profile seems less like a personal attack to me. And even if he doesn't hang with the transgender people, it means that he has no business with them, it is same as if I don't hang with a drunk either.
I support you on one part, that is asking for the proof that these people have mental and physical problems and not good for the environment. At my gut level, I feel @docdelux is right, but still would like to read the related news as proof.
Also I support him in saying that these people become transgender mostly because of some child abuse issue or something like that, reason is that I observe such people closely, and at some point of time I have faced this kind of abuse, and I can see that it changed my behavior, but not to the level that I should become a transgender.

In the past, transgenders have served in the military for ages and it hasn't been an issue.
It's the identity politics bullshit that is the real issue.

That, there is no room for in the military...none.
In the military your job is to be a tool, an instrument, there is no room for your bullshit politics in an environment as such.

Another example of divide and conquer. So glad the president put an end to the extension of this mental problem in our military. Look at what happened to Target with their trans bathroom. Their stock plummeted. Its sick and soldiers have enough to deal with without open trannies in the showers. So glad i can rant on this site. I see why they call it steem it.
