I Have Questions
Feel Free To Provide Answers
Why does the 'right' want people to work for benefits whereas the 'left' does not? Is it not better to feel as though one is contributing and earning what they get as opposed to feeling guilt and anger due to the fact that they are completely reliant on help from others? Does it not demolish their self esteem, and spoil them by rendering them totally dependent on the state? Now, why would the Democrats want that?
What about illegal immigration? Is it not rather simplistic to chalk up the demand for border defense as racist or xenophobic? Isn't truth more complex than that tired old trope? Does not every nation have the right to protect itself and besides, aren't the entitlements bankrupting us? We also have to know who is coming, what they offer, and what diseases they are carrying do we not?
The ‘left’ is largely areligious and anti-religious. This is not to say that they cannot still be moral, but, oddly enough, they portray their political opponents as ‘evil.’ As a result, lying, cheating, stealing, and other immoral acts are okay to use in defeating ‘evil.’ So, their politicians lie to the people, their protestors (like Smugglypuff below) lie to the authorities, and their journalists and bloggers lie to their readers, but that's okay, right?
The ‘right’, on the other hand, have to be honest and accurate because the most minor misstep, and the liberal mainstream media and blogs will scream bloody murder, will they not? The liberals are literally out to get them. They lied about George W. Bush, they lied about Sarah Palin...they most certainly lie in their Hollywood tv and movie portrayals of conservatives and Republicans, or have you been living in a bubble?
Some minorities and organizations claiming to represent their best interests cry racism in lieu of 'wolf' at every turn, but proudly proclaim how much they hate and resent white people, do they not? Women who dress provocatively are somehow shocked when thugs on the street simply say 'hello,' and then whine about sexual harassment, do they not?
Anti-gun nuts who use 'compassion' for children as their excuse to attack the Second Amendment are often times the exact same people defending Planned Parenthood, right? Are these not the same sort of people who speak of 'my truth' as opposed to 'the truth?' Are they not self-proclaimed progressives who preach all of this postmodern garbage, engage in what is basically tribal loyalties, reject objective feelings, equate social justice with justice, could be described as intellectual jackboots whose slang shifts constantly to accommodate new victims, basically walk around all day claiming victimhood, attend universities that bar the public from speeches, watch only the media outlets that masquerade as objective as opposed to the ones that actually are, value subjective feelings over objective facts, and tell the rest of us that we must abide by their fascistic rules otherwise we are engaging in micro aggression and triggering them to the point where they must flee to some 'safe space?'
In Clint Eastwood's movie American Sniper about the life of Chris Kyle (a true American hero), there is a scene where his father explains the different roles engaged in by wolves, sheep, and sheep dogs. I see the 'left' as the wolf, the masses of unwitting people are the sheep, and we conservatives who are informed as to what is really going on as the sheep dog. I used to be a sheep but I transitioned to a sheep dog. My advice to those of you residing on the political fence - open your mind, take a listen to the 'right', get informed, and start protecting the sheep.
