We don’t have any rights. We have to do rights.

It’s astonishing what one can achieve by mumbling words. Assuming sufficient authority, one can stop people from doing things and make them do other things. We can conjure up abstract hierarchies of power in our minds and act upon the meaning we ascribe to those figments.

All by mumbling words. And often writing them down, sure, but that doesn’t change anything. Writing something down does not add to the value of a word. Speaking it is as real as it gets.

The value we ascribe to that which is said depends entirely on the authority we perceive the speaker to carry. The VOICE with greater authority will always trump the one with lesser authority.

What happens after that is entirely taking place inside our heads. We interpret what was said. And then, we act upon it.

It is the reason laws can change according to the whim of politicians. Or from country to country, ie by crossing an invisible line.

Surely real Law should be valid everywhere. The word Law literally means “something laid down, that which is fixed or set,” according to an etymological dictionary.

Turns out, real or Natural Law is valid everywhere. It can be observed and experienced. Try jumping off a cliff and see whether the results differ depending on the country you’re in.

The same holds true for morality, which is also subject to Natural Law, although you’ll have a hard time convincing the majority of the population that it exists. It’s what has also been referred to as karmic law by other cultures.

The reason most people believe that the spiritual part of Natural Law is nothing but hoopla, is because we live in an age where a lot of human beings actually believe there is no such thing as truth.

(There is, and it’ll certainly be a topic for another article. In the meantime, may the reader be referred to Mark Passio’s seminar on Natural Law, which has to be one of the greatest seminars ever held in the history of mankind.)

The same people that claim there is no such thing as truth, demand a state with man-made laws to keep order and peace. What a giant contradiction.

The reason people behave so contradictorily is that they want to be the arbiters of truth themselves, rather than leave that job to whatever force created the world and the Natural Laws that govern it.

The arrogance of man.

You don’t have to belive in a creator to understand all of the above. Even if you refuse to believe that there are Natural Laws governing morality, you cannot, at the same time, claim that man could create such laws.

How would you determine those laws if right and wrong weren’t inherent to Nature?

Once you understand that man-made laws are figments — or at least superfluous gibberish that could be done without — you understand that rights are figments too. We don’t HAVE any rights.

We can only DO rights in order to be in line with the Natural Laws governing morality.

As with all Natural Laws, punishment is automatic, even if not immediate. You’ll have no trouble experiencing immediate punishment when breaking the physical Laws of Nature. It works differently with morality. I don’t know how, I have just experienced it.

How, you might ask? Well, by starting to do the right thing and seeing how everything around me changed.

The reason the world is in the state it’s in, is because most of humanity does not do rights. We only ever claim we have rights.

Doing the right thing includes not condoning a system that relies on force to achieve its ends. Look at the misery in this world and then analyze in what ways a government was somehow involved.

Imagine President Trump, or Chancellor Merkel, or any of these so-called leaders, say the following:

“Citizens, by presidential decree number 1224, all man-made laws are hereby nullified. The state has finally realized the inherent immorality of a system reliant on force, and therefore resolves itself with immediate effect. There will be no more law enforcement, because the only valid law is Natural Law, which enforces itself. There won’t be any more free hand outs, health care or roads, because human beings have to take responsibility for the things they want themselves. Also, you won’t be able to force your will upon others any more, even if you’re in a majority.”

You will probably laugh, or be annoyed, or not take seriously what is written above. But I think we can agree that you’d take it more seriously if it was actually spoken by one of these “leaders” rather than me. After all: what authority do I hold?

I don’t hold any authority. I don’t want to. Claiming to be able to rule over others is wrong and never true. All I can say is that I know right from wrong. And that fictional quote above should become reality immediately.

Because it is right.

I believe we all have the right to do what the bloody hell we want to do (as long as nobody else gets hurt) pray to whom we want to pray and eat a natural organic diet without pesticides and gmo being forced down our throats.

I understand, my point was that even the things you're referring to are not so much rights as an abstract concept in our heads, but simply the right things to DO.

Not hurting others is the right thing to do. And of course you can pray to whom you chose, since that's not hurting anyone, hence it IS a right. But you don't HAVE it, in the sense of an abstract – hence not real – concept in your head.

We don't HAVE a right to good food. It is WRONG to use pesticides and gmo.

Not only does that way of looking at it call out the perpetrator, it also puts you out of a very passive role.

This whole "I have rights" thing only results in people "violating" those rights.

No, they're not violating any rights. They're violating Natural Law by doing something that is WRONG.

Maybe I'm too bent on wording here, I just think we should stop acting as if the stuff in our head was something REAL. It's all concepts.

Don't get me wrong: imagination is an incredibly important thing to have, because it is the basis for acting upon it and then manifesting it in reality.

But an abstract concept such as "HAVING a right" cannot be manifested in reality. DOING a right is how a right manifests in reality.

Just HAVING a right doesn't get you anywhere.
