I am a white person struggling very hard to get into the television and film industry. The fact that I am white now means I am disadvantaged. Quotas do nothing except distort reality and help the pursuit of an anti-white agenda. Jobs should only ever be advertised and offered based on merit, not the colour of anyone's skin.

I can see if this was a "role" in a tv show or something that needed a specific ethnic background character, then fine. But a general "Broadcast Journalist Trainee" for the BBC itself, that's a bit brash to require race for that.
Here we have the Affirmative Action policy in schools and jobs, you call it Positive Discrimination over there I think. It's like government sponsored reverse-racism, which at it's roots is simply just more racism. Kinda stupid.

Yes exactly if they were in search of a character who needed to be an ethnic minority for a certain role in a drama or documentary then clearly this would need the BBC to recruit someone who was not white. But this advert is blanket recruitment for non-white people who should not be treated favourably just because they happen to not be white.

I could hazard a guess, not just educated, more researched, 90% of media, controlled - in the west, by a certain small ethnic group, that love to control other people, and banks, stocks, shares etc etc etc, I feel you already know which group I speak of. Added to following.
