Should Pelosi Step Down?

image Since becoming the Minority Leader in the House of Representatives, the Democrats have lost more than 60 seats.

Is it time for her to step down? I know that if she was a CEO of a company or a coach of a professional sports team, she would most likely be forced out. But I am not sure if politics works in a similar manner.

But the real question is, if she is forced out, who will replace her? I think that may be the problem with the party- there appears to be little depth on the team.
