Latinos for Trump?

The hottest topic of the moment around the world happens to be U.S politics – Who’s winning? Who has dropped out of the race? These are just a few of the topics we’ve been confronted with lately. The profile of each candidate turned out to be our daily bread and as we all know, there’s one peculiar candidate who arouses both feelings of disgust and for some others respect.

As you may know, we’re talking about Mr. Trump - Yes, the man with the funny hair and the orange skin! In case you don’t know what he represents, I’ll just offer some adjectives:

Misogynist - Racist - Sexist

Now that you been given the “Trump for dummies” it’s time for me to delve into the facts.

Even if Mr. Trump’s immigration policy would dramatically affect thousands of immigrants, he seems to have a 37% positive rating coming from Hispanics in the U.S. (as of June 1, 2016).

The fact that Trump has only 4 percent less Hispanic support than Clinton makes me wonder who these supporters are. Did they all come to the U.S. legally? Or is just a way to keep the competition out of the game? By this I mean a notion I’ve heard many times in the past:

“The more immigrants from the same country, the harder it becomes to survive.”

How can Trump have so much support from the ethnic group he wants to oppress the most? Maybe some of them have obtained the highly praised “Tarjeta Verde” and want to keep the newcomers out of the game. If so, that’s a poor decision considering the fact some of them entered the U.S. in the exact same way.

This is not a matter of competition; it’s a matter of using your judgement to make the right decision. A very powerful 37% can make the difference; they can support a candidate who doesn’t praise hate towards other cultures, someone who doesn't embrace the fallacies of old dictators.

Think of the rest of the immigrants as your own family, and beyond that as human beings.

Do not support Trump! He's not making America great again...

I don't find it at all surprising that legal immigrants who can vote support Trump. He invites them to join Team America. I address it here:
