Are WE, as a people, too LATE?

In the mid 1700’s there was a revolt against a totalitarian ruler. In 1776 a war was declared and a revolution started. When this war was over there was a new Nation that began with 13 “States” that made up the beginning framework of this new Nation.
In 240 years we have gotten to watch the DEMISE of this new Nation. Not to be mistaken, the DEATH of this Nation began several years earlier. What we are seeing RIGHT NOW is the final throes going into a TOTALITARIAN government ruled by the wealthiest people of this country. We have a Federal Government who is “GIVING” Lending/Savings institutions ZERO percent “LOANS” so that they may survive. These “Money Changers” ARE NOT passing out the same conditions to their customers resulting in unheard of profits. Corporations are getting “Stimulus” money and are buying back THEIR OWN STOCKS instead of helping out their employees. These same Corporations are giving their CEOs unheard of bonuses while NOT GIVING THEIR EMPLOYEES A SINGLE DIME OF THIS FREE MONEY resulting in (again) UNHEARD OF PROFITS.

There are FEDERAL Laws that are supposed to protect the American Citizens from this type of behavior, these are called RICO laws, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, this provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. Unfortunately with the current appointments by one of the BIGGEST racketeering crooks ever in the United States there is NO CHANCE of getting the “RICO Act enforced against ANYONE.

This violation of FEDERAL LAW extends beyond the PRESIDENT’s Office and has wormed its way throughout the CONGRESS that we, as a people, have elected to represent us. Proof of these misdeeds can be answered simply by asking yourself “What has my representative done for ANY of US lately?” The answer to this question, almost without exception, is very simple, “NOTHING”. In deed there is one Congressional Member that his biggest bragging point is “I have successfully FILIBUSTERED 462 Bills” that would have benefited many of the members of his very own Constituency. This “member” of Congress has made MILLIONS of dollars representing the largest corporations of the State that he represents.

At this point in time, there really isn’t much we, as a people, can do. IF we had replaced the incumbent Congress 30 years ago, there may have been a chance of straightening out the damage that has been done. Now, well it has gotten so well entrenched that we are losing our CONSTITUTIONALLY guaranteed rights. We HAVE already lost MANY of our Constitutional protections, several within the “Bill of RIGHTS”.

NOW it may be too late to even worry about saving the “Constitution of the United States of America”. WE, as a people, have allowed the same people so much time to do so much damage that WE, as a people, can pretty much do NOTHING to save our Country.

In November, if we are allowed to vote, we MUST vote out EVERY INCUMBENT that is running for re-election. We must send a CLEAR message to whoever does not have to run this time that “YOUR TIME IS LIMITED” and “WE WILL NOT TOLERATED THIS ACTION ANY MORE”! This is no longer a time of “well they haven’t done anything that hurts me” because THEY DO, EVERY DAY THEY ARE IN OFFICE! With every second they remain in office they Erode more of YOUR RIGHTS, they Erode more of YOUR CONSTITUTION.

The time is NOW America! If we are to survive WE MUST CHANGE. Get out of the COMFORT ZONE we have come to expect, get OUT of the RUT that THEY have carved out for YOU. This is THE LAST TIME, that we, as a people, will be able to stand UNITED against the TYRANNY that has infected this REPUBLIC and our democratic way of life. Mitch, out!
