Why I would still vote for HillarysteemCreated with Sketch.

I don't like Hillary Rodham Clinton. I never did. I could never understand the way she conducted herself during the Monica Lewinsky scandal. How could she not kick her husband where it really hurts and leave? How could she not show any sympathy to Monica? How could she, as someone who probably already had political aspirations at that time, cooperate with one of the most harmful cover ups in history? And then of course there is all the other stuff. The catastrophic mistakes she made as Secretary of state during the Arab Spring, this all E-mails affair, her general conduct as someone who is remote and detached, almost robotic.

Perhaps, most revealing in my mind, are the leaked correspondences between her and Lynn Forester de-Rothschild, and the BFF tone in which they are written. They show how much Mrs. Clinton do not understand the effect of these kind of things made public, and portray her as someone who sees herself as part of a patronising elite. The least she could do, if she cared at all, was not to send this kind of stuff from a non secured server, but let's face it. She didn't really care.

So I really don't like Mrs. Clinton, but if I could vote on this US. Election, I would still vote for her, and yes, it is because I think Donald Trump is much worse for America and for the world, but I’d like to tell you exactly why, because it turns out that it is not that obvious. It's not obvious in spite of the fact that Mr. Trump is just like Mrs. Clinton, only worse, in almost every aspect. If she is detached, he lives in a world of his own. If she thinks she is royalty, he thinks he is God. If she made some bad decisions as to how to deal with the women her husband hes sexually offended, he is himself a sex criminal and an avowed misogynist. Yet in spite of all of that, Mr. Trump still have a good chance of becoming the next president of the US, so no. It is not obvious apparently why he shouldn't.

So why would I still vote for Hillary? Because of one thing she wrote in her biography. She wrote, about the time of the height of Monica Lewinsky scandal, “At that moment I just wanted to sit on a chair and have a nervous breakdown, but I knew I didn't have time for it”. I can tell you that remembering this sentence have saved me from having a nervous breakdown myself several times. Now ask yourself if Mr. Trump ever said, or will say, something so personally revealing and at the same time so inspiring.

Mr. Trump promises he will make America great again. But does America have to be great? Isn't it more important that, as the leader of the free world, it will be compassionate and benevolent, first of all towards its own citizens and then towards the rest of the world? Perhaps Mrs. Clinton's conduct is socially clumsy and with lack of grace sometimes, but Mr. Trump’s is ill-intended.

Statistically, neglect and carelessness cause much more damage than malice, but we still punish more severely for malice. The reason is the message that malicious acts send to society. If one person can get away with causing intentional harm, it’s a signal to others that they can too. So think of the implications of the president of the United States, being someone like Donald Trump. Someone who has not just do some bad things because he wasn't aware of their consequences, but who says he intend to cause damage. Someone who says he intend to worsen the relationships of the US with it’s neighbouring countries, Canada and Mexico. Someone who says that it is his plan to aggravate every Muslim on earth (that’s about a third of mankind), someone who openly supports movements that promote racism and hate.

But more than anything, if you are going to vote in this elections, ask yourself what would happen if Mr. Trump, while being the supreme commander of the army of a nuclear superpower, will feel like sitting down and having a nervous breakdown? Will someone who is so full of himself care to think that he has no time for that? Will he be able to, as leaders sometimes have to do, change at the right moment, admit his own mistakes and go in a different direction instead of blaming others? Will he be able to, at a critical moment, think about his responsibilities and not about himself?

I don't like Hillary Rodham Clinton, but if I was an American citizen, I hope I would remember at the critical moment of casting my vote in this elections, that in a democracy, “we the people” are the sovereign and the power of our leaders comes from us, and that what really matters is the message we send to ourselves and to the world. Allot of the negativeness in the American politics is because so many people in the US are afraid of changes that must come. If enough of those who have the courage to change now, will show that they prefer hope over dispair, it will make all the difference in the world.

What disgraceful article. This clearly shows the reality you live in is an utter mess. A disarranged muddled up perception of reality. However, I don't know if you are shill for Mrs. Clinton, or do you actually believe the nonsense you have written? Forgive me if my tone is harsh, but nothing makes my blood boil then a sentence like this: "And then of course there is all the other stuff. The catastrophic mistakes she made as Secretary of state during the Arab Spring, this all E-mails affair, her general conduct as someone who is remote and detached, almost robotic".
Yes, all the other stuff. Lets talk a bit about that. I don't have all day, so lets just take what you call a "catastrophic mistake", the Arab Spring. What we are seeing in Syria, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc are not catastrophic mistakes at all. These are perfectly executed operations of overthrowing elected governments and destabilization of the region. Fact: gun running to terrorists through Benghazi. Fact: DIA director, Michael Flynn stated it was a decision made to fund and train ISIS. Fact: The number one and two state sponsors of ISIS have been Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Turkey and Israel have also been heavily involved. The US just had one of the largest arms manufacturing deals with the Saudis. Thanks to wiki leaks, we know how intimately involved Clinton is with the state holding the record for the worst human rights abuses. All this information is open source and publicly available. Thanks to the great job done by wiki leaks there is even more proof of how the US state department and other State actors created ISIS intentionally with the purpose of using it as a proxy army. That is your "catastrophic mistake". All this still doesn't make me a fan of Trump. However, you cannot be ignorant to the fact that, this women is a pure psychopath, who has proven time and again she will do the bidding of her masters that reside on Wall Street and the big banks. So please, reevaluate your stance on her. Just don't vote. You give her a vote, it's a sign of mental illness or cognitive dissonance.

Okay @riva-16, so first of all, I gave you an upvote for all the effort and emotion you put into your reply, although I kind of wonder if you even read my post trough, because if you did, you would probably understand that I am not a US citizen.

Secondly, you got to help me out with some of your arguments because they got me quite confused. What "elected governments" are you talking about? Was Assad Elected? or Qaddafi? or even Mubarak? And are you saying that Israel is cooperating with Turkey and Qatar to fund ISIS?

Can you tell me if this is what you are saying? Because you do then you are the one with a cognitive dissonance (and I don't want to imply to the other option you mentioned)

Yes, this is exactly what I am saying. I'm not here arguing for Assad and Qaddafi, but they were democratically elected. Each fact I laid out I suggest you don't dismiss. Fact check me, run through the wiki leak documents. Watch the interview where the former head of the DIA said that they were ordered to support ISIS. Is the information about Saudi Arabia and Qatar false? It's not, but go ahead and prove me wrong. As for Israel, I'll send you a link. I suggest you familiarize your self with this. The Oded Yinon plan; It's a long one but if you care about truth I'd give it a read. Chaos, division, and the balkanization of middle eastern states has been the goal since day one. It's called the strategy of tension, or divide and rule. This is an essential method of controlling large areas with diverse ethnic and religious cultures. Stop thinking that western governments are some force for good in the world. Empire and global domination hasn't changed for millennia, don't fall into the false paradigm of believing that people like Clinton, Bush, and Obama are upstanding governmental officials . These are criminals of the highest order!

No you fact check yourself. In what year was Quadaffi democratically elected? Which other candidates could the Lybian people vote for? Same for Bashar el Assad. I mean, okay, prior to the civil war, there were elections in Syria every several years, in which Assad was the only candidate for presidency. Is this what you call "Democratically elected"?

And as to the so called, "Greater Israrl plan", this is such bullshit that I don't know where even to begin debunking it. Hmmm... Okay maybe you can answer this. There are about 7 million Jews living in Israel today and 14 million Jews in the whole world. At the time of the first Zionist Congress in 1896, there were about 12 million Jews. Now the era of the alleged "greater Israel" can easily populate 100 million people. Why would the small Jewish people need such a great land?

So please fact check yourself, and stop believing any damn stupid thing you find on the internet.
