Why Didn't the FBI examine the DNC servers?

in politics •  7 years ago

  • Comey testified to Congress that the DNC would NOT allow the FBI to examine their servers for evidence of Russian hacking.
    The FBI made repeated request at many levels over 10 months.

  • Surely, on a matter of national security, the FBI could DEMAND to examine the servers?

  • Comey said that in the absence of permission from the DNC;
    ‘A highly respected private company had access and shared with us what they saw there.’ Who was this highly respected private company?

  • The name is ... Crowdstrike, the very same cybersecurity firm employed by the DNC. No conflict of interest here apparently.

Next post...who is Crowdstrike?
