#WeAreAllRussianBots has been trending on twitter thanks to a Sunday Times ‘investigation’ exposing the pesky trolls’ support for Labour in the run-up to last year’s snap general election.

Russuphobia has always been present in western societies more or less. Less when Russia was weak and more when Russia was strong. Since Russia is still gaining strength expect the level of russophobia to rise dramatically...

The idea of slavic hordes and so forth only appeared after the advent of mass democracy where public relations became politics. This is not a clinical phobia. It is propaganda, a manufactured narrative, useful for a specific geopolitical gambit - war in Europe.

One knows by now that the politics of whoever spews anti-Russia hysteria is not in the public interest. (Disclaimer: Whilst not approving of Corbyn, I sympathize with some of the interests he addresses.)
