To me any hindrance on my liberties and freedoms, however slight by egoic tyrannical terrorists masquerading in hierarchical ideological fake religions by demoralized order following beings (and I'm being generous here) is nothing less of socio/psychopathic power control to subdued and enslave. The mere fact that sleeping humans even conceive of arguing man made "given rights" (that can and will be revoked at any given time and with out notice) further shows us the level of comfort they are at to continue to be enslaved as sheeple. They think they need laws, so bad things don't happen even though those laws come from a fictitious entity who are the mass murders. let's not forget foreign who brought these tyrannical pirates here and is the reason the amendments were written in the first place from "the people" to keep these intruding settlers and colonies in order and to have them hung by the Magistrate (which they had to bring to England to do) if they did not stay within these restrictions. Not for the them to use on us for monetary gain and by engaging warfare on us for every thing we do that does, not make them money. False fear, false belief in authority, and false religions are the masses patriots. They don't see there is no mass shooting at gun ranges, gun stores, NRA meetings, gun shows, army/navy stores, or police stations. You do see them at no gun theater's, states and Countries with strict gun laws, and gun free school and Colleges. That's the reason the elite can create a gun free zone after confiscating the guns of the innocent and then lead them into a chamber unarmed, because they believe the ones who carry the guns will protect them instead of using consciousness and using that very gun to protect themselves.
