Martin Sonneborn has kept an own "State of da Union" speech in the European Parliament. The EU have changed much: when he became a member of Parliament, he joined his Office in the expectation of a strong EU - consisting of an EU with 27 satellites, as Sonneborn said. The non-attached Members Sonneborn demanded the exclusion of Ireland after the Brexit and the exclusion of Hungary.

EU President Martin Schulz, from Sonneborn as "Chief" known, took note of the provocative with Rhenish cheerfulness.
