You partially figured out why governments can never work, in the paragraphs above. They always end up with sociopaths and psychpaths running them. Anarchism is not a utopia. People always think that any alternative to goverment is suppose to be some kind of utopia, where everyone will get along and be perfect. Its not. Nothing ever will be. But, goverments will always trample individual liberty and freedom. They will always escalate into tyrannies and the like. Always.

I didn't "figure out why governments can never work"
I simply explained why the governments become corrupt (because government members face no punishment for violating the Constitution). If punishments for such crimes were mandated in the Constitution those government members wouldn't be so quick to violate it.
So I was suggesting the Americans go back to the original Constitution and add in strong punishments for even attempting to violate it.
