Pretty much. That 2024 Senate map is atrocious. Several Democratic senators in red or purple states are up for reelection. We'll see, but I don't have high hopes the Dems keep the Senate. Candidate discipline has been better this cycle than in 2022 among Senate Republicans so far. Abortion is still a salient issue, so maybe that will help with turnout at the state level. Too early to know how the top of the ticket will sort out, but given the Senate seats up this cycle, they'll need a lot of help to cross the finish line.
Meanwhile the House majority is razor thin. There are several Republican seats in Biden heavy districts that will be facing strong headwinds. The new NC congressional map helps Republicans, but it will be offset by Democratic redistricting wins elsewhere.
