Install "Build Tools for Visual Studio"

  1. Download Build Tools for Visual Studio 2019

  2. Run vs_buildtools.exe

  3. Install Visual C++ Build Tools, make sure that the "Windows 10 SDK" component is included. (1.69 GB, ~ 8.39 )

  4. Restart computer

Install Rust

  2. Run rustup-init.exe

  3. Choose Default Installation
