Poppy seed is also called as khus khus. It is beneficial for sleeping.

Add a 1/4th teaspoon of poppy seed to warm milk and consume. It will help u when you have body pain and sleepless nights.

But poppy seeds should not be taken more frequently since you may get addicted to it
