The return of the Luggable.

I do EVERYTHING on my mobile and tablet, but I think the Asus Zaphyrus laptoppy/desktop thingy has caught my attention! Portable serious power, not portable like my lovely tablet, but compared to my tablet, this "laptop" for desktops is well hung.

The other option I have considered is taking my DEC tower and gutting it to only be replacing the internals with superfastic modern hardware. Looking 1999 but partying like it's twenty seventeen. Any thoughts? Both have their advantages DEC being retro, cool, way cheaper, and maybe luggable, but certainly not portable. The Asus powerhouse being portable enough to slide...cram? ...Into a laptop bag.

To ruin a classic DEC's internal hardware would be a shame, but honestly it is doing nothing for a while now. I finally have my new mobile the way I want it with Hong Kong hardware, added gorilla glass, LG display, Android 5.0 and my own eMail app, along with Apple bits just to mess with my Apple fan friends minds. Since the days of WAP browsers I have always done most of what I need to accomplish on my mobile (and later my tablet too), but sometimes you need a seriously hung system to get serious stuff done, seriously fast.
