Unions keep the wages of top performers lower, to pay the lower workers more. It is a bad thing that goes against the grain of Capitalism, fairness and ethics. Of course we are united as citizens, though it's a myth that gang like unions are somehow better. You have my word. Take civil engineering. Compare the salaries of a Union Civil Engineers and a non union civil engineers and you will see what I mean. Collectivism works by ripping off certain cohorts within, harming individualism. Thankfully, the current wave of much welcomed inflation is finally raising the wage levels. For millions of millennials, today's inflation is a huge relief. Small businesses can finally raise prices. The economy of the US was mismanaged by the communist Democrats, and it will take a few generations of less war to mitigate the damage done. We are working hard to keep communism from further infecting people.
