Life is already hard and we need to be energy

Life is alive, destined to withstand many ups and downs, time does not necessarily prove anything, but some people and things must be able to see a lot. Everyone is alive, they will encounter setbacks, let themselves be physically and mentally exhausted, and instead of being tortured, it is better to change their mood and learn to let their body and mind be completely relaxed.
