1. 'Find' in 'Start' button and type 'restore point' then choose 'create restore point'.
2. After creating a restore point (not before restore not yet formed) do not forget to close all your applications.
3. Next, open 'Device Manager' and see the row of USB icons in the 'Universal Serial Bus controller' section.
4. Uninstall all the list below it then restart your computer again, when all goes well.
With installation feature. In some cases for example, a user installs a driver version for 64-bit Windows OS with 32-bit, so USB ports can not work. To resolve this problem, you must locate a suitable Windows driver.
