Potato sauté recipe

INGREDIENTS


4 medium potatoes (half a pound)

2 tablespoons butter

Half spoon (soup) of MAGGI® FONDOR

2 tablespoons chopped parsley                                                                                                                                                                           METHOD OF PREPARATION


Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Book it. In a pan, melt the butter and add the potatoes. Season with the MAGGI FONDOR, lower the heat, cover the pan and let them cook. From time to time stir carefully, shaking the pan. If necessary, drip a little water. When the potatoes are stained on the outside and soft on the inside, remove from the heat, sprinkle the parsley and serve.

Microwave oven:

We do not indicate the preparation of this recipe in microwaves, because the final result is not satisfactory.

Freezing:

We do not recommend the freezing of this preparation as there may be a change in texture.
