Power is the ability to do something. In this case, 'doing anything', or 'doing something in power' is the word that I'll be using.
A power-using human can do pretty much anything a nonhuman can do. However, that said, power is not something that one is born with.
A person's ability to achieve something is largely based on their mental state.
Power is something born out of the mind. This is why I'm not quite sure about the nature of the power I could use right now.
But even then, power is not something we can buy, but a trait we can achieve.
