DAY 32 - Throwback to days gone by, when I travelled abroad and lived in the tiniest of villages, even though it was probably the hardest years of my life, one tends to remember only the good from a time when working 16 hours a day was the norm, I now see just why I had to go through that time of hardship and struggle.
It could be used as a parable to current times, in that, we are currently facing strange days and times which somehow makes no sense and is horrendous in it's outcomes, with fatalities and people suffering. So it makes it that much harder to see any rhyme or reason and we cannot see the forest for the tress.
Closer inspection or better still bigger picture vision allows one to have a degree of hope that may not be ideal and certainly seems unfair and even cruel. We as humans do have a resilience that is displayed in the most trying of times, and as we navigate our way through this horrendous time in our lives we have to remain positive and try to maintain a degree of hope. That hope we have to dig deep for, but dig deep we must. To avoid complete despair, always try to look to the outcome with positivity.
Most times we are instructed to look within, I think for now we need to look without.
Take care everyone, stay home and stay safe, and always wear a mask, even after we go beyond current restrictions.
Have a blessed week, and wishing everyone a safe and healthy week ahead.
These are some photos taken in a tiny village called Great Dunmow, i have fond memories of spending my free time documenting my stay with picturesque images I found fascinating and aesthetically pleasing.
Photos show places in Great Dunmow, Doctors Pond and St Mary's Church.
