This motivational poster is dedicated to all of my HarJul-shipping friends, fellow artists, fans, and brethren. Ergo, soak in that HarJul tenderness, sweetness, and cuteness.
I know I am going to say this ad nauseam but I really have to thank MissEmmyJay for making me feel so inspired to make Harry Pitt x Julie Bean aka HarJul as one of my most beloved OTPs of all time, especially through one of her finest pieces of work of all time. There is something so adorable yet enticing about having a grubby, rambunctious, fun-loving yet misunderstood guy like Harry effectively hooking up with a sweet, cheery, adorable, rosy-cheeked sweetheart like Julie. This even gets to the point where these two have high possibility of ending up in a loving, supportive, and wonderful relationship that may be full of ups and downs but, at the end of the day, Harry and Julie would always be there for each other.
HarJul is an exceptional example of how Harry's and Julie's differences can be able to click rather well with each other. Harry may be grubby, messy, grungy, rugged, and unorthodox in his ways but he is uniquely charming, loving, and well-meaning. Julie Bean is quite the opposite of Harry's grubbiness because of how neat, tidy, well-organized, dainty, cheery, and ladylike she is, thus making her rather attracted to Harry's brand of unorthodox lovability, charm, and chivalry. They can definitely see the best in each other and root for each other through thick and thin.
Their relationship would start off as mere colleagues and friends as young children. As they grow, they would start realizing how strongly they feel for each other with Harry helping out Julie whenever she finds herself in a pickle and Julie finding Harry's brand of chivalry both inspiring and lovable to the point where they would be the typical grubby jock and preppy cheerleader type of couple as teenagers. As adults, they would find themselves in a fun roller-coaster ride of a relationship, which manages to maintain its signature lovability. Finally, they would age gracefully as a couple thanks to their wonderfully lovely chemistry.
In terms of surprising each other, they would accomplish it well. As I stated before, Harry might look repulsive but someone as friendly as Julie would be able to get to know him a lot better and see that he can be a rugged gentleman who is wonderfully chivalrous, kind, generous, attentive, and helpful. Julie might be cheery, sweet, fun-loving, and gregarious but Harry can also see a girl who is unafraid to speak her mind, well-mannered, and emphatic. There will be times where Harry would try to look more fashionable, tidy, and well-organized to try to impress Julie and while she does appreciate the effort, especially in some given occasions, she would continue to like Harry for his oddly charming way, the way he listens to her, and the way he is able to invite her to do the things he likes and vice-versa. Julie would at first feel uncomfortable with Harry's way of being who he is but she would eventually learn to be more open-minded and accept Harry for who he truly is on the inside.
I could also imagine how HarJul can also be a nice example of Harry being the strong, messy jock who loves to use muscle and gets his hands dirty and Julie being the preppy, fun-loving cheerleader who always wears a huge smile on her face. Therefore, Harry could use his strength to protect Julie and Julie could be able to use her kindness to be able to see another side to Harry aside from the grubby person that he is.
Overall, HarJul is another classic example of a couple that needs more love not only because they need more fan art revolving around them but it is also because this couple is lovable in its own special way. There is a huge amount of positive vibes present with this offbeat, underrated, lovable couple that I can never let HarJul go and I will always cherish them as a couple for everything that they are.
I hope you all enjoyed this and I will see you all in the next submission. Take care, everybody.
