Nurture your Uniqueness!
So often it happens that we are so inspired by others who are successful that we unknowingly try to emulate their route to success.
But truth is success has no fixed formula. Though there can be some common ingredients like passion, hard work, grit, resilience, self-belief, perseverance and so on. But the ultimate route to success is unique for each one of us. And it's only us who can create and walk that path.
It pains to see people let their uniqueness die and struggle hard in trying to live other's life.
Our success can only be achieved by living our truth. Invest time in knowing what you are best at, what is it that you can do better than most people around you, then work on it, nurture it, make yourself best at it, think how you can serve the world with it, what value it can add to others!

Usually when we get hurt, the conclusion is the above statement. Because we expected, did not get and got hurt.
But is expecting a cause of hurt or negativity in life?
Expectation is natural.
But what if we replace expectation with HOPE?
*I hope you will understand not I expect you to understand.
*I hope he will come back.
*I hope to meet you again.
*I hope my daughter gets 95% in boards not I expect 95% marks.
*I hope my son gets admission in the best college.
Hope and detach yourself from the outcome.
If it happens, you will be very happy and if it doesn't you won't be hurt.
And the one who is connected with this hope will also not be under any pressure of fulfilling your expectations.
When there is no pressure, performance is better and the person naturally gives back more than you thought of.
