There is a certain tension in this article and with Steem generally as to whether people are in it to blog (and, incidentally, make a few bucks) and those who see it as an investment that just happens to be a blogging platform. Obviously these are the extremes and most people belong on a spectrum.

Hi, - I agree that tension is fundamental to competition between companies. The thing that I was trying to say (badly) is that there was tension within the company or more to the point within the people who make up the organisation. Thanks for the response anyhow. This is such a cool platform!
