    The manipulation which everyone talks about is in the Silver market and the pressure short sellers can put with Shorts. The Silver and gold paper market drive the price in the precious metals. So institutional traders have been net short for many years. The silver market is range bound for quite a while and get have some very volatile selling. I just put up a few charts on my steemit.
