Maggots!

So yeah, I've had a rodent problem at the property for over 2 years now (they are not roaming inside though, which is good) they are coming in and hanging around in the loft area. The other day though Maggots started dropping into the light fitting in the bathroom, so there is obviously a dead rodent just near it that they are wriggling from. Your home is not just your own dwelling, but can house all manner of things from bacteria and viruses to larger pests. You don't want a sterile home but you also don't want things unnecessarily attracting things that could do you harm. Do an inspection from top to bottom of your property, you may have some guests already lodging in your property :-) I keep my property very clean and don't leave rubbish lying around, there are other things however that could cause pests to find your property, damaged or broken drains and sewers could give them access.
