Coturnix quail are something i believe every prepper should look into raising..they are easy to hatch with an incubator, they hatch in 16 to 18 days, they are prolific egg layers, they grow fast, take up very little room, i would even have a shot at raising them on an apartment balony if i lived in an apartment ...pickle their eggs, fry their eggs, fry the quail themselves, these little guys have a lot to give...
