Hey good post!
I liked Prey too, I'm sad it got bad reviews and stuff :(
And congrats, one of the few people who reviews AMD. I have an AMD only machine too and my friends usually bully me when my pc craches or anything. I would appreciate if you answer this:
I recently got into PC gaming. I have an old FX 6300 and an RX 470. All the games I have to take off almost all the settings, because it stutters.
Could it be the CPU is bottlenecking the GPU or I have to get a better GPU or both?
Thank you for your help in advance!

Your GPU is fine, CPU is the bottleneck. I love AMD, but FX series CPU's just aren't very good for gaming so upgrading CPU on that platform won't do much for you.

You could either get a used quad core intel+mobo and reuse your ddr3 ram or upgrade to Ryzen. Only catch is DDR4 ram is very expensive. Ryzen 1600+B350 is very good value, but price of DDR4 sucks right now. Hope that helps you out!

Thank you for the quick response!
Yeah I looked at the prices and they're high...
I will save more money and then buy whatever will be good price/quality wise when I get more money. Thank you once again!

Thats a good plan, you will see a very big difference with stutters when you upgrade, I used to have an FX8350 and difference between that and Ryzen is huge. Ryzen is much smoother.
