I would not argue that it has become easier when faced with the execution of a bunch of documents for recruiting employees. It's easy to conduct an interview, but it's quite difficult to calculate everything else. Especially various pension contributions, etc.

Usually, if you are a large company, then you have a separate team that is engaged in recruiting staff. They should calculate everything, but when you are a small company, naturally all these tasks fall on your shoulders.
