Not satisfied with Steemit... not being to able to edit one's own post is lose of privacy and autonomy over one's own work

This is going to be a bit of a disrupting view for many of you big Steemit fans... which is a great platform, yes, in many ways. However, why are users not able to edit their own articles?!?

An article you write is your own possession; not someone elses. Especially a platform, which does not have one owner, one director (or one crazy $#^!#$%#$ selling people's privacy for dollars) should respect the autonomy of people over their own posts. Not being able to edit one's own posts violates this autonomy rudely, according to my respectful opinion!

Not sure what you're talking about!? Just hit the edit button and edit away )))

The edit-button seems to be missing at some of my ealier posts (though at this one it is now visible).
