How do I claim misconduct for the courts handling of a criminal charge that I am on probation for now?

I need a lawyer that is willing to take all of my cases and get a game plan to attack one thing at a time.  And, I need a lawyer that is willing to take on multiple cases one after one, and just get a game plan to attack one thing at a time and work the game plan into the next case.  I have case after case that a lawyer could take and potentially make a lot of difference in my life...  Isn't that the point of lawyers these days?  The State wrecking the whole thing administratively, and they (the state) decided to become the prosecutor and the victim both, and just took the whole thing over.  

 

The state leveraged up by having a cop come and talked to my mom in just the right way to get her to claim some kind of charge against her son. They also came and spent numerous efforts to attack my mom just when she is weak and probably needed medical attention, to trick her to say that I hurt her in some way, when she's all frantic and not in right state of mind, and then when she is all calm and collected and saying the right things the way they happened, then they want to ignore her, and her wishes to get the protection order removed. With me in court they got me to plea guilty by promising to lift the protection order and to not go on my employment record with it, and neither deal was met by the Putman lady that was there to make the motion to lift the protection order, and she showed up, but she left just before my name was called and it was her time to make good on the deal. So now I'm on probation and when I try to tell my PO about the dishonesty in the courtroom, the best thing they say is that I plead guilty so, something had to happen, and it is on my record and can't get hired anywhere I look. At this point I don't know what to do next, and any insight would help and any input would be greatly appreciated into this matter.  Thanks.
