Lactic acid bacteria part 1

Today i decided the weather was just right for making homemade probiotics/lactic acid bactetia. I used organic short grained rice or rather the rice wash from it. I will keep these out of direct sunlight and leave in the greenhouse for 1-3 days basically until rice wash separates and smells sweet. 70-78° is ideal temperatures. Coffee filters will not work must be breathable papertowel, in this case i used a napkin because we were out of paper towels. Part 2 i will mix with 10 parts milk

Im just a guy who took this guys 5 day class in Idaho check out his youtube channel for way better explainations on this style of farming that is taught by this man.
