LEGAL PROBLEMATICS There is a problem for our people in Aceh because of our dietary differences with Arabs so that there is legal dissatisfaction. During the prohibition of frogs and crocodiles because of the istikhbats, the Acehnese agreed because the Acehnese also considered the animals to

be istikhbats as well. But when forbidden crabs because istikhbats, Aceh people as if not satisfied not considered crabs to animals that istikhbats, here arises the problematic law of society. Even among religious leaders there are problems and turmoil of dissatisfaction. In fact, even Indonesia in general is a follower of the Syafii school of thought, but because there is a difference then we are not satisfied with the law therefore, the opinion of scholars syafiiyah which has been proclaimed above that if Istikbats referred to people worldwide, then will never be found law, by one tribe is sometimes considered ugly by another tribe.
