Usually, Product Managers are recruited by the CEO or the higher authorities of the company and even they share the Job description with them at the time of the recruiting process. But unfortunately, they forget for they hired the Product Manager.
Now the expectation from Competitive analysis it becomes to bitch about their own team/coders.
Create and assign the task for the coders to get it done it becomes assign so much the task that coder can never be able to complete them on time.
Set the process as per agile methodology becomes whatever they say will become the agile process.
Still, the product should get delivered time.
Hope agile will get followed by the IT companies for what its made for..!!!
