You can be a student or a big company’s CEO and have a lot of major differences, but there’s a thing that remains the same. In the middle of pandemics, when we’re all stuck in our homes with our work and new ways of communicating, socializing, and connecting with people we strive to be productive at these things. We’ve tried to adapt to achieve our goals, and this article is aimed to help with a new, global way to stay on track in 2021. The ways by themself can not be new, but we put emphasis on the basic things you should follow to increase your productivity step-by-step.

Schedule Your Day.
The first thing you should adjust is your daily routine. As we know, time is the most precious resource and where we spend it defines our path. Make sure you prioritize the right activities.
- Set up a Morning Routine.
- Track your Habits.
- Focus on the few most important tasks.
- Give yourself little breaks. Everybody needs them.
- Do the most difficult things in the most productive times.
- Don’t forget to delegate tasks that don’t need exactly you.
- Say “no” to activities in which you’re not sure. Most possibly, they don’t worth your time.
Create a Realistic To-do List.
Realistic means — not only the easiest tasks, not only the most difficult and global. Define for yourself, what is important right now and stick to it. Emphasize this in your To-Do’s. Use convenient apps. Don’t forget about the SMART technique, which can help in these moments.
Play with colors and association. Use colored lists, which your brain will recognize faster and the goals will become well-structured.
Plan Your Tasks for a day a Night Before.
In the evenings it is easier to reflect on the things you did or didn’t get to do. So try to plan your To-Do’s a night before. In the mornings you’re far more ready to do things, not to plan or only think about them.
Limit Distractive Messages and Notifications.
And sometimes technology can be cruel to us. It is difficult to avoid the information flow, but it is inevitable to stay loyal to your desires and to make them a priority. And, as usual — use apps! There are lots of them in our articles.
Reward Yourself.
Be proud of yourself for making these activities work! Until you do something, and if you’re goals are set — stick to them and enjoy the process!
