This is a departure for me. One of my friends does almost nothing but review
Books she's read, I wish I could remember who and go find the tags she uses.
"you just cost me a sale!"
I wish I had heard my comment before I purchased the wristband.
First things first, for those who may not know. What is the HELO wristband?

I bought one last spring. $329 for the Bracelet alone, another $120 something for the
"Germanium Stones"(These are square metallic inserts for the rubber wrist band itself, why they
call them STONES? your guess is as good as mine)
Sure, it will measure your heart rate, breath rate, count your steps etc... but it also has options
(which cost more) for measuring your blood sugar (costs as much as the original bracelet costs)
on and on ad nauseum and not only THAT, if you wish to keep up a long term record of your
Readings so you can share with your Dr or some outside entity, you MUST PAY THEM for
an online account, MONTHLY.
There was ONE functionality which I thought would be very useful to give peace of mind
To children with older parents
If an older adult had one of these, and were connected to their children, guardian or
Caregiver, or just the police/emergency services, the wrist band could alert them
Of abnormal readings or react to the 'panic button'.
Within three months, I saw that the rubber/vinyl band itself irritated my wrist.
I found that the device (which has to connect via bluetooth to your phone, to even be ABLE
To make all these measurements) continually dropped that connection.
The heart graph and EKG (yes, it would even give you a short view of a running EKG, but
Without being able to share with and compare with those taken at your DR, how can
You know if the one from your wrist is accurate or not?
Now, to 'the business'
This is one of those Pyramid programs; ie when I purchase a wristband, the one who
'sells me' on the idea, also initiates me into 'the business' and they make $money
off every subsequent bracelet I sell, the more bracelets I can sell, the more I
make and the less I have to pay for MY subscriptions.
Hence, the comment by the lady who convinced me to buy:
You just cost me a sale!
We were at the same location, the same circumstance where she convinced me to buy;
One of my performances.
One of her friends was there with her, and she asked me about my bracelet. I said:
"Oh I don't wear it anymore, I found it to be irritating and inaccurate. If I could
Find someone to purchase mine, I would love to get my money back from it"
So she lost the sale.
Review:
- there is no support from the company
- the company will not reply to phone calls or emails
- unless you already have a fairly high and stable income, this device is a blackhole of money
- questionable accuracy
- irritating wrist band.
Conclusion:
I would not buy one,
nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
I have one for sale
I would not buy one,
nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
you should have bought something more good than that

I actually read a review on all these 'smart' devices and conclusion none are actually accurate, just very overpriced cool looking gadgets.
