I've worked as a junior now for almost 2 years but with a legacy code business that hasn't touched modern frameworks.
So I was looking for a new job, and came across lots of ads for a "junior developer" that list required experience with all of the following:
- SaaS experience
- client-side scripting
- typescript
- angular
- react
- swagger
- nodeJS
- REST API
- JSON
- XML
- Adobe suite
- Understand ORM
- MVC
- Automation
- Git
- SVN
- Agile
- SCRUM
- CI
- ASW
- SVG
It seems I know a couple, but how realistic is this? Am I supposed to know all this stuff to apply for junior roles? How am I supposed to gain this knowledge if I'm working in a business that doesn't use many of them?
Failing to understand the disparity in requirements vs expected experience level here.
